Ask what a glow blend is and you get an effect, not a formula. The labels are more specific than the marketing. Four sellers, read on 2026-09-18, publish the same three numbers.
The formula, as four sellers state it

Four independent sellers were read for this page and all four state 50/10/10, without variation. One prints it as a composition line: "50/10/10mg Blend; 50mg GHK-CU; 10mg BPC-157; 10mg TB-500." Another writes it out: "Each vial holds 70 mg of lyophilized blend: 50 mg GHK-Cu, 10 mg BPC-157, and 10 mg TB-500."
That consistency is worth naming precisely, because it is easy to misread. No pharmacopoeia, regulator or standards body defines a glow blend. There is no monograph, no compendial specification, no registered formula. What exists is a figure that every seller repeats — a de facto standard with no standard setter behind it, which is a different thing from a specification and carries none of the same guarantees.
The arithmetic nobody runs
A label in milligrams describes mass. Biology responds to molecules, and the three components are very different sizes.

The blend is 71% copper peptide by weight and 87% copper peptide by molecule. BPC-157, the component with the most search interest attached to it, is the largest molecule of the three and therefore the smallest presence in the vial by count — fewer than one molecule in twenty.
This does not say anything about what any of them does. It says that a vial marketed as a three-way combination is, in terms of what is actually in it, overwhelmingly one of the three.
GHK-Cu is not only peptide
The third number on the label hides a fourth. GHK-Cu is a complex, the tripeptide glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine bound to one copper(II) ion. PubChem gives the complex as C₁₄H₂₁CuN₆O₄⁻ at 400.90 g/mol; the free tripeptide (CID 73587) is 340.38 g/mol.
Subtracting copper's atomic weight from the complex leaves 337.35 for the peptide portion, so of the 50 mg declared:
- ≈ 42.1 mg is the peptide
- ≈ 7.9 mg is elemental copper
Copper is about 15.9% of the GHK-Cu mass, and about 11.3% of the whole 70 mg vial. It is also why one seller describes the contents as a "sterile light blue freeze-dried powder": copper(II) complexes of this kind are blue, and the colour on the label is the metal.
The same trap caught this site on a different molecule last week, where a supplier's quoted molecular weight included two acetic acid counter-ions and was not the peptide's weight at all. A number beside a peptide name is the weight of whatever the vial was filled with, not the weight of the active sequence.
Where the sellers stop agreeing
Physical form. Three of the four describe a lyophilised powder. The fourth sells the same 50/10/10 formula as a liquid vial. Those are different products in every way that matters to stability: a dry powder under an inert headspace and a peptide in solution have different shelf lives, different oxidation exposure and different storage requirements, and a copper(II) complex sitting in water alongside two other peptides is a more demanding chemistry than the same three molecules kept dry.
Purity claims. Stated HPLC purity runs from 99.0% to 99.8% across the four pages, with certificates of analysis referenced and, on two sites, batch images displayed. A certificate describes the batch it names. It does not establish which batch is in the vial that arrives, who performed the assay, or whether the tested material and the shipped material are the same — and purity is a separate question from identity, and both are separate from sterility and endotoxin.
Testing depth. One seller lists mass spectrometry for identity, HPLC for purity, an ICP-MS heavy-metals panel and USP <71> sterility testing. The others reference HPLC and a certificate without specifying the panel. What a seller chooses to publish about its own testing is the only visible difference between these listings, and it is not independent verification. What this page deliberately does not cover
Three things sit outside the composition question and are answered elsewhere.
The evidence. No published trial has tested these three compounds together for any endpoint. What exists separately — and it is uneven, with the copper peptide holding the only human appearance data of the three — is set out on our glow stack page, along with what the FDA has stated about BPC-157 and the thymosin beta-4 fragment on its bulk-substances list.
The cosmetic version. The same molecule GHK-Cu is a mainstream cosmetic ingredient, and our copper peptides guide has the serum trials and the concentrations they used. What anyone should do with a vial. That is not a question this site answers, and nothing above is a protocol, a preparation guide or a suggestion.
What the label settles
It settles that the blend is a fixed, seller-asserted formula of 50 mg GHK-Cu, 10 mg BPC-157 and 10 mg TB-500; that this makes it 71% copper peptide by mass and 87% by molecule count; that about 7.9 mg of the vial is copper metal rather than peptide; that sellers agree precisely on the numbers and disagree on the form; and that no standards body stands behind any of it.
It does not settle what is actually in a given vial, which is a question about that batch and that seller rather than about the formula, and no label answers it. Nor does it settle whether any of it changes how a person looks: the registry holds twenty-five studies across the three compounds and only one names facial appearance, an unmasked twenty-seven-person device trial that has published nothing.
